Did you save that old pump? You can still get a rebuild kit for it and its a 20 thousand hour pump vs the HF pump thats only 10 thousand at best. The directions for setting the switch pressure are inside the switch cap if you turn it over.

did you have to prefill your sand to start flowing or did you just stick the tube in the bucket and it start sucking? i used this 2 years ago ato do my truck frame worked fine, now i cant get it to suck up the sand water keeps backing into the sand fill tube

What media can be used now? Ive tried sifted masonry sand from my quarry but its not uniform, clogs the gun. Blasting media is stupid expensive

use the blower on your shopvac to blow all the sand outside then blow it all in one area easy cleanup

Did you need to use a tech II for a cane sensor relearn? I’m installing a RDS on my LLY tomorrow. Heard it will relearn itself once the truck gets up to temp?

I have the opportunity to get a lbz van with a bad frame but a good engine and transmission I want to do a swap but I am not sure if the wiring harness is compatible with a gmt800 since its currently in a van and the swap is going into a half ton I know it needs more work but before i go buying a lbz van just for the drive train i need to figure out the wiring harness problem its driving me nuts

I'm in MA and my pickup is an 07. Torsion bar was hopelessly rusted in tried that trick, tried a jackhammer, heat, bottle jack, no luck. The sawzall got it though. Two torsion bars in a crossmember later

That sandblast nozzle needs to be in the 12 o'clock position at all times, water will clog the pick up if in any other position. A valve to regulate the sand is an excellent set up. Water & sand is an instant clog up in the nozzle
